Please email charlotte@cltabstracts.co.uk to start a return, explaining the fault and include proof of purchase. Items can only be returned/exchanged if faulty/damaged. Please return in original packaging, making sure the new postage label is attached. Please arrange postage and label via Parcelforce. This must be funded by the customer. If local, items can be returned to the artist in-person. All returns and exchanges, posted or given back in-person, must go to: CLT_Abstracts HQ, 134, Moresk Rd, Truro, Cornwall TR11BL.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
