Please return in original packaging, making sure the new postage label is attached. Please arrange postage and label via Parcelforce. This must be funded by the customer. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
